Objective (Purpose of the Job)

The job holder is responsible for credit portfolio performance tracking for all pertinent loan products, develop and maintain reports, tools and MISs. Responsible for estimating future loss on new and existing portfolios, for product lifetime value and provisioning estimations. Holds responsibility and accountability for managing the risk/return tradeoffs for the businesses and interacting with investors regarding portfolio health tracking. Also

responsible for managing market risk and counterparty risk at local country level.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

Must Have:

• Monitor key Collection metrics of Resolution Rates, and Flow Rates
• Identify high risk customer segments in the retail portfolio of PL and CD
• Strong data analytics skills and experience in Python, SQL and Advanced Excel
• Analysing and monitoring of loan portfolio risk performance specifically retail loans such as credit cards and personal loans
• Identify and measure the dependencies of portfolio behaviour
• Prepare and document policy changes or new products in cooperation with Risk units and other departments
• Developing standardized regular and ad-hoc reporting for various levels of management
• Providing data extraction, analysis and visualization to support company-wide decision making
• Estimates future loss probability for existing products as well as pilots. Create risk benchmarks for pilot products and monitor actuals versus assumed.

1. Proficiency in Python, Advanced Excel and SQL Presentation skills and tools proficiency

2. Fundamentals of risk management Underwriting, Delinquency life cycle, collection strategy and risk analytics involving loan loss forecasting, PD, LGD modelling

3. Data analytics Proficient level, MIS management, hypothesis generation and testing
