Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing Agri Portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene - Interest servicing, Churning, Review & Renewal, Enhancement, and retention of good credit customers and exit of subpar customers from portfolio.
- Deepen relationship with customer and proactively own, respond, uncover and anticipate future needs and expectations.
- Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio.
- Work closely with Credit, Ops and Product on enhancement, retention, Exit of customers.
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Generate NTB leads from existing customers.
- Building collaborative work culture between credit, RM-KCC, Ops etc.
Graduation: Any Graduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
Professional Degrees: CA/ CFA/ ICWA
