Key Skills Required Automation & Scripting - Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting language for automation, reporting, and audit support
- Ability to automate manual processes, data extraction, and reporting workflows
- Experience building automation solutions for Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Active Directory (identity and access management system)
- Microsoft Exchange (email platform)
