Portal Sourcing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Portal Sourcing Executive to join our recruitment team at Soundlines Group, Colaba, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, and other job portals.
• Search, screen, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.( Blue Collars )
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with recruitment team for candidate line-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily sourcing reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
• Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment sourcing.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and source relevant profiles.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment will be an added advantage.

• Location: Colaba, Mumbai.
• Full-time, Work from Office.
