Trade & Contract Execution

• Execute and monitor the complete lifecycle of polymer transactions from purchase contract to final delivery.
• Review deal recaps and ensure operational terms are accurately reflected in contracts.
• Prepare, review and administer sales and purchase contracts.
• Monitor and comply with all contractual obligations, key dates and operational milestones.
• Coordinate with traders to maximize commercial outcomes and minimize operational risks.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Manage import and export movement of polymer products.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and customers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers locations.
• Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, asset personnel.
• Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork.

Documentation

• Manage all shipping and commercial documentation including but not limited to invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, certificates of analysis, insurance and customs documentation.
• Coordinate internally with Trade Finance for smooth execution of documents.
• Ensure timely submission and verification of documents required for payment processing.
• Manage provisional and final pricing settlements.

Claims & Risk Management

• Handle claims relating to shortages, quality issues, delivery discrepancies, damages, detention, demurrage and logistics disputes.
• Coordinate claim documentation and settlement with counterparties.
• Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate records within ERP and trading systems (ASPECT).
• Generate operational and inventory reports for management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and control.
