About the Team:

As a part of the Communications Team, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact content and visual communication strategies that shape political narratives across the country. The team is responsible for designing compelling messaging, visual storytelling, and producing creative content for electoral and legislative campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly resourceful and politically aware professional to manage influencer outreach, creator partnerships, and digital networks. The ideal candidate should have experience working with influencer agencies, PR firms, political campaigns, or digital media organizations, along with a strong understanding of the political landscape and creator ecosystem.

What Would This Role Entail

• Build and manage relationships with influencers, digital creators, journalists, opinion leaders, and regional voices.
• Identify relevant creators and develop influencer outreach strategies.
• Coordinate collaborations, campaigns, and digital amplification activities.
• Maintain influencer databases and track engagement and impact.
• Understand political narratives, public sentiment, and regional trends.
• Build strong networks across Uttarakhand's digital, media, and influencer ecosystem.

Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong political understanding and awareness.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, PR, digital media, or political campaigns.
• Existing connections with influencers, creators, journalists, or local networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
• Strong understanding of Uttarakhand's social and political landscape.
• Candidates with Uttarakhand political, media, or creator ecosystem experience.

Language Proficiency (Mandatory):

• Fluency in Hindi and English (speaking, listening, and communication skills).
• Ability to speak and understand Kumaoni and Garhwali languages is highly preferred.
