Policy Processing Officer

• Own Board approved Credit policy for Unsecured loans ( Prime & Micro) & Strategic Partnerships
• Initiate and align policy changes in line with RBI guidelines
• Oversee and ensure annual review , consolidation & board approval of all policy documents for Unsecured portfolio and monitor portfolio level guardrails
• Ensure policy version control , documentation and audit traceability
• Own and oversee BRE policy automation and maintenance including deployment accuracy, validation and monitoring.
• Monitor Risk appetite framework for Unsecured portfolio in line with Enterprise risk strategy
• Portfolio review and monitoring monitor key trends across budgeted numbers , delinquency KPIs , portfolio level loss and vintage targets
• Design new program/product policy in collaboration with product and business teams with clearly defined No-go cut-offs, portfolio/program trigger guardrails
• Build exceptions/deviations grid and monitor trends and performance
• Conduct rigorous policy training sessions to ensure policy alignment across sourcing / credit teams
• Monitor PAR trends and initiate corrective action plan as warranted
• Monitor rule-based , scorecard based underwriting framework and trends
• Build and strengthen STP strategy , cross-sell opportunity
• Monitor change impact ( Policy /Scorecard/Automation) on balance growth , customer TAT & portfolio quality
• Initiate policy or strategy decisions basis emerging risks
