Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Polarion ALM Developer with strong expertise in Polarion Requirements Management, Implementation, and Customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring Polarion workflows, developing reports and dashboards, integrating external tools, and supporting ALM processes across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Polarion ALM workflows, forms, and reports.
• Configure Polarion work items, LiveDocs, and traceability links.
• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Polarion.
• Implement and maintain requirements management processes.
• Integrate Polarion with enterprise tools and third-party applications.
• Support Polarion administration, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement business requirements.
• Provide technical support and enhancements for existing Polarion solutions.
