Point of Sale Analyst

We are looking for motivated Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) to join our partner network and sell insurance policies (Motor, Health, Life, and General Insurance). As a certified POSP, you will advise clients, provide competitive quotes, and issue instant policies using our digital platform. This role offers flexible working hours and attractive commission-based earnings with no upper limit.

Responsibilities:

• Policy Sales: Identify prospective clients, understand their coverage needs, and pitch suitable insurance plans (Motor, Health, Term/Life, Commercial).
• Policy Issuance: Generate instant quotes, assist customers with documentation, and issue policies directly through our digital portal.
• Customer Support: Assist clients during policy renewals, endorsements, and offer guidance during the claim process.
• Relationship Management: Build a network of individual and business clients in your local area to generate recurring insurance sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10th Standard (as per IRDAI guidelines).
• Skills Needed: Good communication, local networking ability, basic smartphone/computer usage.
