Pod Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pod Manager to join our team at Digital Mojo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing podcasts and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate the production of podcasts, including scheduling episodes and working with guests.


• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote podcasts on social media and other platforms.


• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging episode concepts and titles.


• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of live recordings and editing.


• Analyze podcast metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future episodes.


• Build relationships with influencers and industry experts to attract new listeners.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing podcasts or similar audio content.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in promoting podcasts.
