POD Lead

Leading BIG 4 kis hiring for POD Lead (GCB 5)AM/Manager

• Agile delivery leadership (Scrum/Kanban), facilitation, coaching, and impediment removal
• Scaled Agile delivery capability (e.g., SAFe/LeSS): planning, dependency and cross- team coordination
• Strong delivery management: scope, schedule, RAID, governance, and benefits/value tracking
• Stakeholder management across Finance, Operations, and Technology with crisp communication
• Data-driven delivery using metrics (velocity/throughput/cycle time) and forecasting
• Data and Automation delivery experience (e.g. Python, Alteryx), driving measurable efficiency and control uplift
• Working knowledge of SDLC, DevOps/CI-CD collaboration, and quality/test practices
• Finance domain knowledge will be an advantage (controls, reporting, budgeting/cost management; regulatory awareness)
• Risk, compliance, and audit mindset suited to regulated environments
• Proven delivery in complex, global matrix organizations; strong tooling and reporting (Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps)
• Act as a functional liaison between Engagement Teams and Developers to translate audit requirements into clear functional specifications
