Hiring: Escalation Manager Credit Cards

Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in Credit Card PNO (Principal Nodal Officer) Escalations.
• Hands-on experience in Credit Card Email Support.
• Experience handling escalated credit card customer complaints through PNO and email support channels.
• Strong communication, email drafting, and complaint resolution skills.

Strict Eligibility: Candidates must have relevant experience specifically in Credit Card PNO Escalations and Email Support. Profiles from other banking operations or general customer service will not be considered.
