PMU Lead - Banking Operations Expert

Contract Period: 06 Months

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Banking, Finance, Management, or related discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking operations.
• Experience in Cooperative Banks, Commercial Banks, PSU Banks, or financial institutions will be preferred.
• Exposure to branch operations, business planning, credit management, regulatory compliance, and institutional strengthening assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Project Management Unit (PMU).
• Provide strategic guidance on banking operations and process improvements.
• Assist the Bank in strengthening business processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and submit periodic project progress reports.
• Support implementation of reforms, business development initiatives, and capacity-building activities.

1. Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and report writing is essential.
3. Knowledge of banking regulations, cooperative banking environment, and financial sector reforms will be desirable.
4. The selected candidates will be required to work at Patna NABCONS or any other place decided by Patna NABCONS.
5. The engagement will be purely contractual in nature and shall not confer any right for regular employment in NABCONS or the client organization.
