PMT Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies through regular field visits.
• Achieve assigned sales and prescription generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and stockists.
• Conduct scientific product detailing and address customer queries effectively.
• Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Assist in developing and implementing product marketing and brand strategies.
• Prepare and execute promotional campaigns, product presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support new product launches, promotional events, CMEs, and conferences.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and brand performance to recommend growth opportunities.
• Conduct product training and scientific updates for the sales team.
• Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, call reports, and marketing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, product management, or a combination of both. (Derma Product Prefer)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master's in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Pharm.D, or Life Sciences.
• MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management is preferred.
