Key Responsibilities:

• Handle physical and digital PMS onboarding and account opening.
• Process day-to-day investment transactions and documentation.
• Ensure compliance and error-free operations.
• Manage customer/distributor queries and escalations.
• Support client servicing, retention, and cross-selling.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in PMS onboarding and operations.
• Knowledge of account opening, transaction processing, and compliance.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
