About the Role
We are seeking a PMS/AIF Client Servicing Associate to manage operational activities and deliver exceptional client service for our Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 5-6 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Process fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers
- Operate and manage daily transactions through Wealth Spectrum system
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with SEBI regulations
- Maintain KYC records and statutory documents
- Respond to client queries and deliver timely solutions
- Proactively identify customer needs and maintain positive client relationships
- Generate operational reports and assist in regulatory filings
- Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with custodians, fund accountants, and internal teams
- Remain agile to take up additional activities and new projects as required
Required Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
- 5-6 years in financial services,
- Experience working with Wealth Spectrum system
- Understanding of SEBI regulations for PMS and AIF
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with active listening and clear articulation
- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-centric approach with strong service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- NISM certifications preferred
