• Gant Chart &, timeline preparation

• Project Store Management and Site Inventory Control

• Defining Milestone

• Inter department coordination for Civil, purchase and finance activities

• Monitor and plan Erection and Commissioning of Machine

• Trial, Commissioning and Handover of machines and plant

• Preparing WBS.

• Reject the material if it does not meet the requirement and acceptance criteria.
