Key Responsibilities

Maintain project and portfolio trackers for Markets 2 engagements.

• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and dashboards.

Monitor project financials, including revenue, backlog, work in progress (WIP), utilization, and receivables.

• Track action items, project milestones, and governance requirements, and follow up on pending items.

• Support resource planning, deployment tracking, and utilization analysis.

Prepare presentations and reports for leadership reviews. Coordinate with project managers to obtain status updates and close pending actions. Coordinate with functions such as CRM, Finance, and Learning and Development (L&D) to streamline operations and support business teams.

• Maintain data quality and accuracy across PMO reports and trackers. • Schedule and attend practice review meetings to understand business operations and identify opportunities for further analysis.

• Support ad hoc business analysis and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or an equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of Power BI is desirable.

• Ability to create clear data visualizations using AI-enabled tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
