- Manage PMO activities, MIS reporting, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Prepare and publish regular management reports and business updates.
- Handle Bench/Resource Management, including allocation and utilization tracking.
- Coordinate with Delivery, Finance, HR, TA, and other stakeholders.
- Support compliance, audits, documentation, and governance requirements.
- Implement and monitor processes, SOPs, and operational controls.
- Provide delivery and business operations support across teams.

- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Dashboards, and reporting tools preferred.
- MBA in Finance / IT with relevant experience in PMO, MIS, or Business Operations.
