    About this role

    PMO
    Scope of Role
    The PMO is responsible support our project teams and ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and governance of key automotive projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, technical environment.
    Area of Responsibility
  1. Provide administrative support to project managers and the broader engineering and PMO team.
  2. Closely work with Full Vehicle Program Leaders, Module Leaders and Lead Engineers to understand technical directions
  3. Manage releases & Commodity Timing for Program delivery management
  4. Responsible to report status for Release on Gateways
  5. Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, trackers, and reports.
  6. Assist project milestones and deliverables.
  7. Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  8. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  9. Liaise with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain.
  10. Assist in onboarding new project team members with relevant documentation and systems.
    11. Knowledge / Experience - 6 to 10 Years
    Essential:
  11. Proven experience in a PMO administrative/support role.
  12. Prior experience in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier) is essential.
  13. Proficient in project management processes and tools -like JIRA,PULSE ,Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) etc.
  14. Strong communication skills, organization, and time management skills.
  15. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    16. Skills:
  16. Experience of working in a global, multi-site project environment.
  17. Knowledge of quality standards in the automotive sector.
  18. Open to travel on need basis and should be able to work with European customer.
  19. BOM Alignments/Cost Alignments
  20. Commodity Planning & Sourcing Activities
  21. Experience in release Planning for GW Support, will be added advantage
    22. Qualification:
    • Diploma /BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/Production/ Automotive Engineering
