The PMO will support the Programme Delivery Lead for the Clients transformation programme. The role involves performing core PMO activities, managing governance processes, ensuring smooth delivery in market teams, and maintaining strong alignment with central programme teams.

Role Overview:

The PMO will support the Programme Delivery Lead for the Client’s transformation programme. The role involves performing core PMO activities, managing governance processes, ensuring smooth delivery in market teams, and maintaining strong alignment with central programme teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme & Governance Support

• Perform core PMO activities across transfer and transformation workstreams:
• Status reporting
• Facilitating status meetings
• Risk and issue management
• Ensure governance frameworks are followed and support activities such as:
• Business case development
• Stage-gate reviews
• Setting up or strengthening governance models where needed
• Ensure the programme is deployed in markets in a controlled manner, following all governance best practices.

Planning & Market Support

• Support market-level planning for technology deliveries, ensuring alignment with the wider integrated programme plan.
• Prevent resource bottlenecks by coordinating closely with central and market teams.
• Act as the interface between markets and central programme resources, ensuring timely access to design and technology SMEs.
• Coordinate tech design workshops and ensure the right stakeholders are involved.

Runway & Process Adoption

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Client’s delivery framework (“Runway”).
• Provide informal training as needed and ensure adherence across markets.
• Identify deviations from the framework and escalate appropriately.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Maintain strong engagement across market teams; flag any challenges in market readiness or communication flow.
• Support cascade of key programme communications.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and foster collaboration across regions and markets.

Strategic & Financial Support

• Assist in setting up strategic plans including re-planning exercises and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Help define improvement plans for more effective deployments and establish KPIs to measure success.
• Support financial governance setup including forecasting, cost controls, reporting, and visibility of cost breakdowns in partnership with Client Finance teams.

Change Management

• Identify change management gaps in markets and escalate to the central change team for required interventions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or programme environments, ideally involving technology and organisational change.
• Strong PMO skill set:
• Risk & issue management
• Status reporting
• Stakeholder management
• Roadmap creation, tracking, and reporting
• Milestone management
• Experience with Microsoft Project (advantage)
• Exposure to agile programme management is beneficial.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
