Job Description:

• Establish and manage the site-level PMO governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Track key strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and operational projects from initiation through completion.
• Partner with Site Leadership, Operations, HR, Finance, WFM, Quality, Technology, and other support functions to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Approximately 1216+ years of overall experience, with significant exposure to Project Management, PMO, Operations, Transformation, or Business Excellence.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to BPM/BPO/ITES or large-scale operations environments would be an advantage.
