PMO / Project Coordinator - Quality Transformation Program

We are looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator to support a multi-year Quality Transformation Program. The role will focus on program coordination, planning, reporting, governance, risk tracking, financial follow-up, and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain program plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Consolidate project/workstream updates and prepare status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees, minutes, and action tracking.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, decisions, and mitigation actions.
• Support budget, forecast, vendor invoice, PO, and resource tracking.
• Coordinate with quality, regulatory, manufacturing, digital teams, vendors, and partners.
• Track deliverables, blockers, and actions through to closure.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management.
• Experience supporting transformation, digital, IT, or business change programs.
• Strong skills in project planning, reporting, governance, RAID, and dependency tracking.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Good to Have:

• Life sciences, healthcare, consumer health, or manufacturing experience.
• Exposure to Veeva QMS/RIM, LIMS, TrackWise, MasterControl, or similar quality platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Exposure to GxP, quality, regulatory, or validation processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across Europe and India.
