Role Purpose

Provide independent delivery assurance by managing RAID processes, quality gates, readiness assessments, and Go/No-Go governance.

• Maintain program RAID repositories.
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation.
• Manage quality gate reviews.
• Perform delivery health assessments.
• Track corrective actions and escalations.
• Coordinate Go/No-Go readiness reviews.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years in PMO, quality assurance, or risk management.
• Experience in ERP deployment governance.
• Strong analytical and issue-resolution skills.
