Pmo Lead

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Hiring Enablement Lead to drive and optimize hiring operations and onboarding processes across a global engineering organization. The role involves partnering with engineering leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, onboarding effectiveness, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will bring strong program management, recruiting operations, stakeholder management, data analytics, and process improvement capabilities, along with an understanding of technical roles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Operations & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for engineering roles across global regions.
• Partner with Engineering Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to align hiring strategies with business requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, candidate communications, hiring syncs, debriefs, and intake meetings.
• Develop hiring playbooks, training materials, and toolkits for hiring managers and interviewers.
• Drive transparency, accountability, and consistency across hiring stakeholders.

Onboarding & Workforce Planning

• Support strategic workforce planning and engineering hiring initiatives.
• Develop and improve technical onboarding programs and materials to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
• Analyze hiring trends, onboarding effectiveness, ramp-up time, and skill gaps to support data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve new-hire integration and operational effectiveness.

Process Improvement & AI Integration

• Leverage AI tools and platforms to automate and streamline hiring and onboarding workflows.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate quality.
• Track hiring and operational metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and align hiring operations with evolving business and workforce requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Program Management, Talent Enablement, or a relevant engineering role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering hiring processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in stakeholder management, program coordination, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in recruiting and onboarding.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into effective training and learning materials.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environment.
• Familiarity with Excel, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Workday.
• Exposure to global compliance standards and multicultural team environments.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
