PMO Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project management office (PMO) processes, procedures, and standards to ensure effective program delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Provide guidance on Agile/Scrum methodologies, Prince2 framework, Lean Six Sigma principles, and Workday implementation best practices.
• Analyze data from various sources such as Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, Dashboarding tools to inform decision-making.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in Program Management or related field with expertise in Governance, Reporting & Dashboarding.
• Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies including PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in using tools like Workday HCM system for managing projects.
