Education

Bachelors degree in engineering

Experience/ Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Activities.
• Proven expertise in the following process areas:
• ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CSM
• Project Health Monitoring and Audits
• IT Service Management
• Process and Business Excellence
• Six Sigma and Process Improvements
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the existing Quality Framework and should be able to maintain and update the Quality Manual.
• Understanding of the Project Lifecycle Methodologies and should be able to assist the PM with the Agile and Waterfall workflow.
• Conduct the Project Audits as per the Quality Standards and publish the results with the Management.
• Assist the PM in resolving the Audit Observations and accomplish the compliance for the projects.
• Assist the ISMS Team for the ISO Audit Compliance and the activities related to the project team members.
• Track & Monitor the Key Metrics at Organization Level.
• Drive efforts towards establishing existing standardized Process.
• Analyse and Implement the Process Improvement Activities within the project management vertical.
• Monitor and track the project health and highlight the projects which are at risk.
• Conduct the Quality and Project Management Sessions with the Project Managers Forum.
