• 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with 5+ years in a PMO leadership role.
• Strong experience in portfolio management, program governance, and strategic planning.
• Proven expertise in PMO frameworks, project methodologies and governance models.
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools,

Preferred Qualifications .

• Experience in digital transformation, IT delivery, or enterprise-wide program management.
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, resource management, and business case development.
