    Job Summary
    The PMO Lead is responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office, ensuring effective planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and successful delivery of organizational projects.
    Qualifications Experience
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or related field.
    • 5 years of project management experience with 35 years in PMO team.
    • PMP/PRINCE2/MBA preferred.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Governance Standards
    • Establish PMO governance, standards, templates and best practices.
    • Drive process improvements and PM methodologies.
    • Project Execution Monitoring
    • Plan, monitor and deliver multiple cross-functional projects.
    • Track timelines, budgets, risks and resource utilization.
    • Stakeholder Reporting Management
    • Coordinate stakeholders and conduct project review meetings.
    • Prepare dashboards, MIS reports and executive updates.
    • Documentation Closure
    • Maintain project documentation and closure reports.
    Skills
    • Project Governance, Portfolio Management, Agile/Scrum, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Leadership, Communication, MS Project, Jira, ClickUp, Power BI, Excel.
    KPIs
    • On-time delivery, budget adherence, resource utilization, stakeholder satisfaction, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
    Selection Process
