PMO Lead - Manager or Senior Manager - Pune/Gurugram

Job Title: PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager - Pune/Gurugram

We are hiring an experienced PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager to manage governance, planning, reporting, financial controls, risk management and stakeholder communication across complex programs and transformation initiatives.

Experience: 8+ years

Work Mode: Work from Office/24*7 process/Candidate should be flexible doing night shifts too.

Team Size: IC role

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage PMO governance, operating models and review mechanisms.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies and resource plans.
• Manage RAID logs, change controls, escalations and action trackers.
• Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs and performance reports.
• Track budgets, forecasts, invoicing, costs and variance analysis.
• Drive resource capacity, utilization and allocation planning.
• Coordinate quality reviews, audits and compliance reporting.
• Manage senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
• Lead and develop PMO analysts and team members.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in PMO governance and program management.
• Expertise in project planning, RAID management and executive reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or equivalent planning tools.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps or ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience working with Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or P3O certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.
