PMO - Human Resources

Job Purpose

The HR PMO plays a critical role in driving, tracking, and executing high-impact HR strategy, organizational transformation initiatives, and departmental projects. Working directly with HR leadership, you will conceptualize strategies, leverage data analytics to monitor HR metrics, and foster collaboration across business functions to drive flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management & Execution

• Conceptualize, build, and execute key strategic HR projects and organizational development initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
• Monitor and drive HR initiatives through rigorous data-backed tracking, milestone monitoring, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate across HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Employee Engagement) to ensure seamless project delivery.

HR Analytics & Process Optimization

• Gather, structure, and analyze HR data to evaluate department performance, workforce trends, and organizational productivity.
• Build analytical models and reports to monitor granular HR performance metrics and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Interpret complex workforce data to provide strategic inputs for talent planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Industry Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research, benchmark industry practices, and evaluate HR tech trends to support HR leaders in key decision-making.
• Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives and craft execution roadmaps in tandem with cross-functional teams.

Required Experience & Qualification

• Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a premier institute.
• Experience: 02 years of experience in HR Strategy, PMO roles, Management Consulting, or Strategic HR operations.

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in MS Excel (data modeling, advanced formulas) and MS PowerPoint (high-impact presentations).
• Strong data analytics, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation and story-boarding capabilities.
