Position :PMO Executive

Pune Location -Pimpari

6 Days working and 1 week off

Work from office

Role and Responsibility :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Project Governance, or large-scale IT/Digital Transformation initiatives.

2. Strong written and verbal Communication Skills

3. Experience working with and coordinating across senior leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

4. Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Project Management tools

5. Familiarity with enterprise IT programs involving applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP, MES, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.

6. Highly organized with attention to detail and structured in working style

7. Self-driven and proactive in chasing deadlines, sending reminders, and escalating where needed.

8. Expected to maintain high level of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential data
