Resource will need to work in shift (12:30 to 9:30 IST). Work from office on most of the days of week unless agreed differently by client resource manager.

Resource & Capacity Management

• Completes resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
• Provide up-to-date information on all resources, particularly availability.
• Ability to forecast the workload and take pro-active steps.
• Manage and maintain resource allocation to projects
• Experience using project management tools and excel effectively
• Track resource utilization across projects
• Highlight capacity constraints and support demand forecasting
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding of project resources
