PMO Engineer/ Project Controls Engineer

Location: Harihar, Karnataka
Experience: 5-10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil / Mechanical
Industry: Industrial / Manufacturing / EPC Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Track project progress, milestones, productivity, resources, and delays across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation activities.
• Prepare 2-week, 4-week and monthly look-ahead plans.
• Conduct schedule variance and critical path analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports, S-curves, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for project progress, schedule, cost, resources, and KPIs.
• Support project risk identification, mitigation, recovery plans, and completion forecasting.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams for progress data and reporting.

Preferred Experience

Experience in PMO, Planning, Project Controls, or Project Management, preferably in large-scale industrial, EPC, manufacturing, chemical, steel, power, cement, or infrastructure projects.
