Pmo Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 515 years of PMO experience in managing end-to-end projects, particularly in New Product Development (NPD) within the Pharma, FMCG, or Research industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong PMO and interpersonal skills, proven stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) for project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Exposure of managing projects with Physical Product Development.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities using MSP tools to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product development projects efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 515 years of PMO experience, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, preferably in a New Product Development (NPD) environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) for project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and monitoring project milestones.

Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, align expectations, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey project updates, risks, and issues clearly and effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive project objectives.
