Role & responsibilities

• Drive strategic projects and ensure timely execution.
• Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support strategic planning, decision-making, and business case development.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and project updates.
• Identify risks/issues and drive resolution and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in PMO / Project or Program Management / Strategy
• Experience managing strategic and cross-functional projects
• Strong exposure to KPI tracking, business performance, and management reporting
• Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and decision support
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level presentation skills
• Experience in business case development and project governance
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• MBA preferred; candidates from Strategy, Consulting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Technology backgrounds can be considered.
