- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Break projects into phases, workstreams, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track progress against project timelines and identify schedule variances.
- Monitor milestone completion and notify stakeholders of upcoming or overdue milestones.
- Track deliverables, owners, due dates, and completion status.
- Identify project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and action logs.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Produce executive dashboards with RAG (Red, Amber, Green) project status.
- Schedule meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.
- Send reminders for pending tasks and approaching deadlines.
- Draft stakeholder communications, status updates, escalation emails, and executive summaries.
- Monitor project scope and identify change requests or scope creep.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Provide recommendations to improve project delivery, resource utilization, and overall project health.
- Strong communication skills
