PMO Analyst

Job Title: PMO Analyst/Sr. PMO Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Business Operations department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the project management team in various tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills in project management and gain exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist the project management team in analyzing project data and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Assist the Business Operations head with financial budgeting, forecasting and revenue tracking

- Obtain quarterly client feedbacks and customer testimonials

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Participate in governance meetings and track client issues to avoid escalations.

- Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project management team.

- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.

- Help track contract timelines, renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree and an MBA in Operations/Finance or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Operations/PMO department or similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills..

- CAPM, PMP certification is a plus.
