PMO Analyst / Process Associate

Roles and responsibilities

• Time sheet overview management alerts corrections clearances
• Customer and project Setup in systems maintain for updates Maintain and produce reports for organization on Monthly operational reports reports for management review
• Centre of excellence team reports Project reports review and analysis on deviations
• Setup meeting invites with various stakeholders and drives the discussions
• Tracking and coordinating on various allowances eligible for employees / projects and sharing with Payroll team PMO activities for some selected projects which includes timesheet management reporting invoice reviews and process on onboarding and offboarding resources
• Skill requirements Strong IT skills specifically MS office skills like Excel PPT docs and Power BI Basic / Intermediate Quicker learner on various tools used in the
• Organization Strong analytical skills Self-motivated and proactive approach
