Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PMC Head to oversee multiple projects, lead project teams, and ensure timely execution within approved budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor multiple projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project managers, coordinators, and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and site progress.
• Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.
• Resolve project issues and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in PMC, construction, or interior projects.
• Strong leadership, project planning, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, budgeting, and site execution.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools.
