About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage last mile delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to customers.
- Design and optimize network infrastructure for middle mile logistics, including route planning and network building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain operations, focusing on SCM (Supply Chain Management) principles.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement process changes to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in last mile delivery or related field such as courier/logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of network design, network optimization, network planning, route optimization, and route planning concepts.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
