Role & responsibilities

1. Overall second line Incharge of Packing Material Warehouse (Formulation).

2. Maintained material activity like Receipt, Storage, Issue and documentation of Raw & Packing material warehouse as per SOP's.

3. Review SOPs, as per warehouse activity and check the computer entries regularly. Upkeep the Raw and Packing Material Warehouse.

4. Co-ordination with purchase department, Engineering department, Production department, Quality controls and Quality Assurance department related with warehouse activity.

5. Generation of RM and PM requirement as per production plan and EPO's. Generation of Shipper requirement and procurement, Follow-up with supplier.

6. Special attention of new products, material required storage, issue, approval and vendor approval formalities.

7. Receipt and dispensing of Packing Materials for formulations.

8. Ensure documentation as per SOP's, checking of GIMs, Challan dockets.

9. Ensure proper storage of all materials and retesting schedule to maintain. Strictly ensure FEFO followed by FIFO.

10. Follow-up with purchase for Rejected consignment disposal/replacement.

11. Products quality review (PQR) checking and signing with respect to warehouse activity.

12. Approval of protocols & reports related to Temp. Mapping, warehouse equipment qualification & validation.

13.Ensure safety compliance related to warehouse activity & system, SBO observation compliance's. Warehouse related QMS (POOP, TCCP, Deviation, CAPA, EC, STC Comments etc.)

14. Dispatches of raw material for job work inter unit transfer and their documentation Supervision of day to day activity related to warehouse.
