ROLE: Plumbing Engineer / MEP Engineer

PLACE OF POSTING: Sobha Ltd - Pune

REPORTS TO: Project Head

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND - B.E. / B. Teach.

WORK EXPERIENCE

5 to 10 years of experience of which the last 2- 4 years in core Plumbing / MEP function in well-known Real Estate organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end plumbing installation and execution activities.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
• Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and project standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of plumbing systems.
• Track project progress, costs, and resource utilization.
• Timely mobilisation /Reconciliation of resources to the projects
• Ensure profitability and timely billing.
• Knowledge in Execution of Plumbing Works of residential/commercial buildings.
• Preparation of material indent by extracting quantity from drawings.
• Day to day supervision of work to ensure progress, Quality .
• Preparation of JMR. Work inspection report and progress reports.

Required Candidate profile :

BE / B.Tech with minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in MEP / Plumbing in reputed civil contracting companies with good technical skills.
