PLSQL- Production Support

• Provide day-to-day production support for live applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and minimal downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues by analyzing PL/SQL code, queries, and database performance.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor application and database health to ensure system stability and performance.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to validate fixes and support deployments.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, known issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Participate in on-call support and handle critical production incidents as required.
• (Nice-to-have) Utilize Oracle database knowledge for performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in PL/SQL development and production support environments.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting database-related issues in live systems.
• Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and related tools.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in support environments with SLAs and timelines.
