PLSQL Developer - Telecom

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on PL/SQL development experience, with strong command over packages, procedures, cursors, exception handling, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of telecom Order Management concepts order capture, decomposition, orchestration, fallout management, and order state transitions.
• Exposure to Order Orchestration platforms such as OSM (Order and Service Management), Siebel Order Management, or similar telecom orchestration engines.
• Strong understanding of workflow/orchestration concepts — task sequencing, dependencies, compensation/rollback logic, and status tracking.
• Experience working with high-volume transactional databases in a telecom BSS environment.
• Familiarity with integration mechanisms (Web Services, XML, MQ) connecting order management to CRM, Billing, Charging, and Network provisioning systems.
• Strong SQL query optimization and troubleshooting skills for production performance issues.
