Plm Teamcenter Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions using ITK, BMIDE, RAC, and Workflows.
• Design, develop, and enhance Teamcenter functionalities based on business requirements.
• Perform data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy using ETL tools and Teamcenter import/export utilities.
• Design and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) structures and product configurations.
• Implement and support Change Management and Configuration Management processes within Teamcenter.
• Develop custom solutions using C++, Java, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Teamcenter application and integration issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and deployment documents.
• Collaborate with business users, engineering teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver PLM solutions.
• Support Teamcenter upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide functional and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with PLM standards, best practices, and organizational processes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Coordinate with global teams and support business operations during US shift hours when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-8 years of experience in PLM Teamcenter Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including customization and configuration.
• Proficiency in ITK, BMIDE, RAC, and Teamcenter Workflows.
• Experience in Data Migration, ETL processes, and Teamcenter import/export activities.
• Good understanding of BOM Management, Product Structure, and Product Configuration.
• Experience in Change Management and Configuration Management processes.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Java, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter integration and enterprise PLM environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving Teamcenter application issues.
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and industry best practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to work in US time zone/night shifts when required.
