About this role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Consultant with 5 to 9 years of expertise in Siemens Teamcenter implementation, customization, administration, and support. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, integration, customization, data migration, and PLM processes to support enterprise product lifecycle management initiatives.
Responsibilities - Implement, customize, and support Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Work extensively on BMIDE, Workflows, Access Manager, Organization Structure, and Business Rules.
- Develop custom solutions using ITK, SOA, RAC, Active Workspace (AWC), and Teamcenter APIs.
- Participate in Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
- Configure and maintain Teamcenter environments across development, testing, and production.
- Analyze business requirements and design PLM solutions aligned with engineering processes.
- Perform data migration, validation, and system integration activities.
- Integrate Teamcenter with CAD applications such as NX, CATIA, Creo, and SolidWorks.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user training materials.
- Support change management, release management, and system governance activities.
- 5 to 9 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM.
- Strong expertise in BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Access Manager, and Data Model configuration.
- Hands-on experience with ITK, SOA, RAC Customization, and Active Workspace (AWC).
- Experience in Teamcenter Administration and Environment Management.
- Knowledge of Product Structure Management, Change Management, and Document Management.
- Experience in Teamcenter integration with ERP and CAD systems.
- Understanding of SQL, database concepts, and server-side configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Teamcenter Upgrade and Migration projects.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing modules.
- Experience with Java, C++, JavaScript, or Web Services.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Visualization and Reporting.
