Plc Trainer

Job Description

A5 Automation is looking for a passionate and experienced PLC Trainer to join our training academy. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented PLC training and mentoring students to develop job-ready industrial automation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on PLC programming training.
• Train learners on Siemens, Allen-Bradley and DELTA PLCs.
• Develop practical training modules based on real-world industrial applications.
• Teach PLC programming, I/O, communication and troubleshooting.
• Guide students through simulation, programming and fault-finding exercises.
• Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to learners.
• Keep training content updated with current industrial automation technologies.
• Support students in developing practical, industry-ready automation skills.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming.
• Experience with Siemens / Allen-Bradley / DELTA PLCs.
• Good knowledge of PLC I/O, industrial communication and networking.
• Knowledge of process control loops such as:
• Cascade Control
• Ratio Control
• Feed Forward Control
• Split Range Control
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Training or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related field.
