Location : Thane, Maharashtra

Salary : ₹6–8 LPA (Based on experience and technical expertise)

We are looking for a passionate Automation Engineer who enjoys solving real-world industrial automation challenges and working on cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation projects. - Program PLCs including Siemens, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, Delta, and other leading platforms. - Design and develop HMI and SCADA applications. - Integrate PLC systems with VFDs, sensors, instruments, and other field devices. - Interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and P&IDs. - Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). - Commission automation systems at customer sites across India. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues during commissioning. - Prepare technical documentation including IO lists, operating manuals, and functional descriptions. - Coordinate with electrical design, production, and project teams. - Provide technical support to customers whenever required.

Required Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related engineering discipline. - 3–5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation. - Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text programming. - Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or similar. - Good understanding of electrical control panels and industrial control systems. - Willingness to travel for site commissioning.

Preferred Skills - Experience with SCADA platforms such as WinCC, Wonderware, Ignition, FactoryTalk, or similar. - Hands-on experience with VFD configuration, parameterization, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of servo systems and motion control. - Experience in manufacturing, power, utilities, or process industries.
