JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assembly line PLC & HMI Programming & trouble shooting.
• New modification &validating.
• Working with external agency & complete project with in time line.
• Knowledge sharing related to new line & modification.
• IATF-16949 Documentation.
• EHS System documentation.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Electrical, reading & modification.
• S7-200,S7-300 &S7-1200, Beckhoff PLC Programming/Trouble shooting.
• HMI Programming.
• Desoutter Pivotware system
• Screw driver, Keyance scanners and laser markers, Epson, ABB & Staubli robot programming & trouble shooting
• Assembly line maintenance
• 5 why Problem solving,
• Excel, Power Point, MS Office tools at proficient level.
